This lubricant is formulated with original U.S.-made Dow polyether base oils and imported polyol esters. Hoffman Produced through catalysis by a high-efficiency composite additive. Primarily suitable for use in Sullair and Ingersoll‑Rand oil‑injected rotary screw compressors, as well as centrifugal compressors (Jinzhi Oil), under severe operating conditions such as high temperature and high pressure.
Performance Features
◎ Super coolant;
◎ Extremely high viscosity index, excellent high- and low-temperature performance, meeting the demands of extremely severe operating conditions (-60 to 250°C)
◎ Excellent thermal oxidation stability, chemical stability, no carbon deposits, and safe to use.
◎ Excellent lubrication performance, sufficient oil-film strength, outstanding overall properties, and a service life of 8,000–10,000 hours or more.
Scope of Application
◎ It can be widely used for lubrication in large oil‑injected rotary air compressors across industries such as steel, cement, chemicals, machinery, and electronics, and is particularly well suited for Sullair and Ingersoll Rand oil‑injected rotary and centrifugal compressors operating under severe conditions of high temperature and high pressure.
◎ Operating temperature range: Rotary compressor –50 to 130°C.
◎ Compatible with, miscible with, or directly added to corresponding foreign‑made oils:
Sullair – SULLUBE-32 (8250022-669, 8250022-670), Ingersoll Rand – IR Ultra-Cool (38459582), Jinzhi Oil
Main Technical Parameters
Precautions: This oil is immiscible with mineral oils; avoid mixing or blending it with them. During storage and handling, keep the product tightly sealed to prevent contamination by moisture and impurities.
