Detailed Introduction
Application (1): Preventive Type
◎ Add directly to fresh oil and run it alongside the new oil for 3,000–4,000 hours; at the next oil change, the machine head will be as bright as new. Dosage: 10%–20%.
Application (2): Emergency Type
◎ Use diluted in the fluid of the system to be cleaned;
◎ For cleaning operations only;
◎ Before changing the oil, add the cleaning agent to the system at a ratio of 20:1—use one bottle of cleaner for every 20 liters of oil. Circulate the system for at least 24–48 hours, maintaining the operating temperature throughout. Then, with the system shut down and still warm, drain and replace the oil.
◎ After cleaning, the filter must be replaced before changing to fresh oil:
◎ Note: Due to the large amount of oil sludge and deposits removed during cleaning, draining the old oil can easily clog the drain port. Therefore, when shutting down the machine and relieving pressure, maintain a pressure of 1–2 kg to facilitate the removal of old oil and contaminants.
