1. The compressor’s lubrication and protection performance deteriorates, shortening its service life.
2. Increased wear on the piston or turbine leads to insufficient compression pressure and reduced cooling performance.
3. Accelerates the aging of sealing rings and rubber, causing them to become brittle and crack, thereby losing their sealing capability and leading to refrigerant leakage.
4. Excessive impurities and sludge increase the flow resistance of the internal cooling medium, resulting in poor refrigeration performance.
5. Oil sludge and contaminants accumulate on the inner walls of the piping, reducing heat exchange efficiency and diminishing cooling performance.
6. The compressor, evaporator, and condenser can result in costly repairs.
7. Acidic substances directly corrode the metal inner walls of the evaporator or radiator, increasing the likelihood of refrigerant leakage.
8. In particular, the compressor oil in vehicles older than five years should be replaced.
